With 15 years as a qualified Physiotherapist, Helen came into the profession after experiencing wonderful healthcare professionals supporting her dad prior to his passing away in 2006.

 

She specialises in healthcare of the older person, having worked as a Consultant Therapist in falls prevention & management in the NHS, working within physical and mental health services and supporting other therapists as their Professional Lead.

With 15 years as a qualified Physiotherapist supporting people in the community with falls and frailty, and a further 11 years prior to this as a Physiotherapy Assistant within mental health services, Tracey joins the team with an absolute wealth of experience!

Due to her background, she has a special interest in supporting people who may be struggling with with mental health and those with dementia. 

Alice joins us with over 21 years of experience as a Physiotherapist across a broad range of clinical settings and specialities.

Over the years she has developed particular expertise and passion for working with older adults.

Alice is especially skilled in falls prevention, rehabilitation after illness or injury, and managing long-term conditions that affect balance and mobility.

Michelle is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 22 years working across acute and community settings.

​

She brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for falls prevention, rehabilitation and neurology, with a particular interest in promoting active aging.
