Hello, I'm Helen, an experienced, insured, HCPC registered physiotherapist. With an extensive background in the NHS, my specialism and passion is working with older adults, where I worked as a Consultant Therapist in falls prevention and management.

Initial Assessment
60-90mins
A full subjective and objective assessment - focusing on what you want to focus on, goal setting and treatment plan
Follow up appointment
30-40mins
A follow up treatment appointment reviewing your treatment plan and progressing or adapting as required.
Specialist services
Group classes: falls prevention (education & exercises), osteoarthritis, general strength & balance.
